Important Information
Lunch
Lunch will NOT be provided for full-day campers
Campers must bring lunch in an insulated bag with an ice pack and name clearly labeled on it
Please DO NOT bring products that contain peanuts
Refunds
No changes or refunds are permitted after 3:00 pm on the second day of camp
A doctor's note is required for all medical cancellations
No refunds after June 1, 2024, for Bowling,Golf,or Culinary Arts
Sports and Kiddie Camp Attire and Equipment
All campers must be in proper camp attire to participate in physical activity for both the Wildcat Sports and Kiddie Camps. Campers in Sports Camp can choose to wear cleats for outdoor sports, however, must have suitable footwear for all indoor activities. Students wearing crocs or sandals may not be able to participate in activities for the day. Students are able to bring their own equipment, however, it must be labeled with their name. Students are responsible for their individual equipment at all times.

Transportation
Wildcat Summer Camp does not provide transportation to or from home.
All campers will be bussed from Oakwood Primary Center to Walt Whitman High School for Fire Truck Friday. Pick-up will take place at Walt Whitman HS.

Fire Truck Friday PICK-UP Procedures (All Campers)
Fire Truck Friday
Every Friday (weather permitting) is Fire Truck Friday, courtesy of the Huntington Manor Fire Department. If your child is signed up for the AM session only and would like to be a part of Fire Truck Friday in the PM, you must enroll them in a Friday PM event. Use the 'Individual Day' link below. Fire Truck Friday is only for campers enrolled in the PM session for that week. If Fire Truck Friday is moved due to inclement weather, all campers will be notified. Campers must bring a towel and wear their bathing suits to camp for this event. Parents/guardians are invited to attend and watch the event. No Fire Truck Friday For Week 5
Cheerleading
Our cheerleading program does a performance each week on Friday afternoons. If your child is signed up for cheer in the AM session only and would like to be a part of the PM performance, you must enroll them in the Friday PM cheer session. Use the 'Individual Day' link below. Parents/guardians are invited to attend and watch the performance.
